Hi Everyone. Well, after 15 years the RV-Dreams Community Forum is coming to an end. Since it began in August 2005, we've had 58 Million page views, 124,000 posts, and we've spent about $15,000 to keep this valuable resource for RVers free and open. But since we are now off the road and have settled down for the next chapter of our lives, we are taking the Forum down effective June 30, 2021. It has been a tough decision, but it is now time.
We want to thank all of our members for their participation and input over the years, and we want to especially thank those that have acted as Moderators for us during our amazing journey living and traveling in our RV and growing the RV-Dreams Family. We will be forever proud to have been founders of this Forum and to have been supported by such a wonderful community. Thank you all!!
Okay, I'm a just what you call a lurker coming out of the closet. I so look forward to reading you and you’re sweetie’s journal entries daily. I have learned so much from the site. My sweetie and I (he is already retired) bought a M/H and are now making plans, buying things only for the m/h instead of for our home. Going to sell the home and keep nothing in storage. So I really analyze everything before I buy it for the motor home. I ask myself "is it going to be of value for taking up space"? I read in one of Howards post the other day that you have a Ott lite (floor lamp) do you like yours? I'm thinking I would like to purchase one myself, but wanted to get you’re opion? I noticed on the internet different models ect. what type do you have and where would you suggest to buy one at. Also, we went to the ocean this weekend and I made for a pot luck you're peach cobbler, wow what a hit. Everybody loved it and wanted the recipe. I really do hope someday we cross paths in our travels. I live in Puyallup, WA area. It's beautiful country to see here in Washington. Hope someday you both make it this way.
Thank you bunches Linda ! Good idea I always get good coupons in the mail and newspaper from JoAnn's also. Thank you for responding. And hope to meet you both someday.
