Hi Everyone. Well, after 15 years the RV-Dreams Community Forum is coming to an end. Since it began in August 2005, we've had 58 Million page views, 124,000 posts, and we've spent about $15,000 to keep this valuable resource for RVers free and open. But since we are now off the road and have settled down for the next chapter of our lives, we are taking the Forum down effective June 30, 2021. It has been a tough decision, but it is now time.

We want to thank all of our members for their participation and input over the years, and we want to especially thank those that have acted as Moderators for us during our amazing journey living and traveling in our RV and growing the RV-Dreams Family. We will be forever proud to have been founders of this Forum and to have been supported by such a wonderful community. Thank you all!!

Just another New wannabe :)

Hi, I am just another new wannabe fulltimer. I still have a little time left to learn all I can before I can do this....waiting for daughter to go off to college...she is a junior in high school now. I just thought I would register to learn as much as I can while waiting and dreaming...

Welcome to the forum, Breezy. smile

You've found the perfect place to learn all about the Full-timing lifestyle. Be sure to ask any questions you may have about RVing. All the folks here are very friendly and ready to help.

Maybe we'll see you on the road in a couple of years.

It looks like a "welcome you two". This is the friendliest RV forum on the net, my personal opinion. We plan on starting our fulltime journey sometime in 2009.

Have you been on chat yet? Usually start up around 7:30pm central time, west coast folks get on around 8:30-9 some fulltimer and some wannabees.

We are in there now.

When the java screen pops up, after it loads enter whatever user name you want and then enter the chatroom.

We have a 4:30 rear end and turn about 2200 with our diesel at 65MPH. BTW, you need the high rear end for towing torque.

Luvglass...I just read your journal and i simply LOVE this quote  "Those who thrive are those who have the ability to recognize their dream, the gumption to pursue it and the compassion to share it."

...also, now I see I need to also keep a journal once we get started as there is now way you can possibly remember every leg of such a large and wonderful journey...I wouldn't want to forget one thing!

Nice page.smile

You might want to use the private messaging for your conversations between each other.
