Hi Everyone. Well, after 15 years the RV-Dreams Community Forum is coming to an end. Since it began in August 2005, we've had 58 Million page views, 124,000 posts, and we've spent about $15,000 to keep this valuable resource for RVers free and open. But since we are now off the road and have settled down for the next chapter of our lives, we are taking the Forum down effective June 30, 2021. It has been a tough decision, but it is now time.

We want to thank all of our members for their participation and input over the years, and we want to especially thank those that have acted as Moderators for us during our amazing journey living and traveling in our RV and growing the RV-Dreams Family. We will be forever proud to have been founders of this Forum and to have been supported by such a wonderful community. Thank you all!!

Metanx Foot & Joint Pain

Just discovered that a medicine my dad takes really works.  He was prescribed Metanx to correct low Folic Acid.   One pill a day.

Last week due to a mix up between the pharmacy and his Dr. we ran out of Metanx.   I noticed he was begginning to get run down, no energy, having trouble with balance and was complaining of joint pain in his knees and right hip.

A few days ago we were able to fill his prescription and within two days of taking the Metanx again his energy is back up and he hasn't complained about his joints plus his balance is back to normal.

I did some research on the internet and found people who had indicated they were having pain in their feet, restless leg syndrome, hot feet...etc.  33 people indicated their problems went a way or subsided tremendously once they began using Metanx.

Dad is 89 and has dementia....it looks like the Metanx is doing a good job at keeping him charged up.   The Metanx helps open up small blood vessels to allow more blood to flow.   So it makes sense it would help to ease pain and improve energy.

Just thought I would share this discovery.   This is the second time this has happened so I'm beginning to believe in Metanx.smile.gif

I take a tablet every day that contains 400 mcg of folic acid and 6 mcg of Vitamin B-12.  What else does the Metanx contain?  I just take the folic acid to keep my brain functioning - I think it's workingbiggrin
