Hi Everyone. Well, after 15 years the RV-Dreams Community Forum is coming to an end. Since it began in August 2005, we've had 58 Million page views, 124,000 posts, and we've spent about $15,000 to keep this valuable resource for RVers free and open. But since we are now off the road and have settled down for the next chapter of our lives, we are taking the Forum down effective June 30, 2021. It has been a tough decision, but it is now time.

We want to thank all of our members for their participation and input over the years, and we want to especially thank those that have acted as Moderators for us during our amazing journey living and traveling in our RV and growing the RV-Dreams Family. We will be forever proud to have been founders of this Forum and to have been supported by such a wonderful community. Thank you all!!

Hello from Alabama

My wife and I have been following RV Dreams  for over 1 1/2 years.  We began to dream of traveling the USA, admiring Gods' creation and doing volunteer work.  We did a lot of research before purchasing a truck and fifth wheel trailer.  Our small horse farm  and everything on it was sold August 12th, two weeks after it was placed -for sale-.  We are presently living in our trailer in an RV park.  I plan to retire next year and Jeanne will quit her job.  June 1 '08 we hit the road to freedom and head to the rally at Branson Mo.and then west.

Welcome to the Forum! It sounds like you're ready to go.

Since you've been following this forum for awhile, you already know how helpful the people here are. Many questions come up as you get ready to hit the road, and usually someone here has the answers.

Good luck, and we'll see you in Branson.

Welcome to the fulltiming lifestyle.  We will be spending a few months in the Gulf Shores region of Alabama this winter, maybe we can meet up with you along the way.

We will be at the rally and look forward to meeting all our on line friends there. We are living in Texas now in our 5ver and love it. I will be glad to get this rig on the road and start seeing some of this great country. Hope to see you out there.
