Hi Everyone. Well, after 15 years the RV-Dreams Community Forum is coming to an end. Since it began in August 2005, we've had 58 Million page views, 124,000 posts, and we've spent about $15,000 to keep this valuable resource for RVers free and open. But since we are now off the road and have settled down for the next chapter of our lives, we are taking the Forum down effective June 30, 2021. It has been a tough decision, but it is now time.

We want to thank all of our members for their participation and input over the years, and we want to especially thank those that have acted as Moderators for us during our amazing journey living and traveling in our RV and growing the RV-Dreams Family. We will be forever proud to have been founders of this Forum and to have been supported by such a wonderful community. Thank you all!!

Time To Sell Our Motorhome

Well its been a year since the loss of my DW & i have been unable to address the subject of getting rid of the MH we had so many wonderful memories with.

But it is now time get it out of sight and stressful memories. Being I'm unable to handle a lot of additional stress in the selling process, I'm thinking of  letting the local dealer have it for what ever they offer.  Just have to move it out.
What ever I get is better then letting it sit there and go down hill.

The Unit is a 1992 GBM "ENCOUNTER" 34'  Ford EFI w/ E4OD trans.
28K true miles recent tires, good shape /no pets/smoking. Used mostly for
trips to local (60 to 250 miles) TTN parks.  Checked out by large RV shop,
filled with gas and parked in barn  in February 2006, just prior to DW loss.

Located in Ft Worth, TX

2 of the local re-sale dealers have offered $7000 but I'm reluctant to let them have it , for that price I'd  rather it go to someone who would use it .
Maybe I,m just day dreaming --and just let it go and get it out of sight.

I wish all of you the best and enjoy the life and time you have.

My thoughts and prayers are with you that selling your motorhome will not be stressful and you will just be able to remember the good times in it with your DW.  Brenda
