A lot of you already know us, Bill and Kelly, but for those who don't - we have been members of this forum since June 2013, and we've been full-time (largely due to Howard & Linda's awesome blog and forum) since Aug 2014. We've attended 3 RV Dreams Rallies, Spring 2014 in TN, Winter 2015 Boondocking Rally in FL, and their first, and so far only, Family Reunion Rally in May 2015 in NC. We've had 2 workamper jobs since being out on the road, Amazon Peak 2015 and Renfros Lakeside Retreat near Seward AK for the summer 2016. We've been looking on/off for an opportunity to take advantage of that would fit our lifestyle and very importantly, one we could believe in and recommend whole-heartedly. We believe we have found what we were looking for in RV Armor.
Bill recently went to their 4 day, very intense, training program. I did a fairly detailed blog post about it (including many pics) that should be able to answer the most basic questions. Bill does plan to take advantage of adding this to our roof, as soon as he completes his 6th install, and he can do it for free. We believe in it that much! Our 2 fav things about RV Armor are: the roof will be guaranteed to never leak AND it is 100% transferable if you sell your rig!

I had the RV Armor system installed on my 5th Wheel about a year and 1/2 ago.
It was installed by a great installer in Texas when we were staying at a CG West of Dallas.
I would agree, it is a great roofing system and they are a great company to work with.

We had the RV Flex Armor roof installed November. If they don't remove your AC's to spray your entire roof you are wasting your time and money. IMHO. There are two different ones. the Original RV Flex Armor and the RV Armor. do your homework

RV Armor is a multi-layer coating and is not sprayed on.
RV Armor does not feel it necessary to remove the A/C units, although they will for an additional fee, however, their lifetime never will leak fully transferable warranty doesn't require it. Most of the time A/C's that leak are leaking at the gasket and the only way to avoid that is to maintain your gasket, which you have to do with either system. RV Armor product goes right up to the gasket even without removing the A/C unit.
RV Armor is lighter, easier to repair (if ever necessary) and especially more cost effective than other lifetime roof options.
We agree doing your homework before adding any product to your rig is a good idea.
