Here I am stuck in sunny Florida, G-ma is stuck in iceland Texas and I can't get a flight out until maybe Saturday. O-well somebody has to live this life of business travel. I guess I will have to make reservation again at the nears golf course O-darn.

Terry we ar even talking about going fishing. high is a blistering 71 today. hehehehehehehe

Some people just love to rub it in :) Here in East TN, we've had a few days of springlike weather, but that's changing today. Storms, possible tornadoes starting tonight. At least it's not the blizzards affecting our friends up north. I've had enough snow to last me a lifetime.

Terry, I think we need to pack up and go pay Dan a visit. Friday the temperature here in Kansas was near 70°, today it is 5° with bizzard conditions. Mark

Any place warm sounds really good right now. I'm so tired of all this cold, ice, and snow. Enjoy the weather while you can...  Temperature is now 1° with a wind chill of -35.

Hey Dan & Terry, we're practically neighbors. I live just north of Kansas City MO. And this "light" blizzard is still getting wound up here. These tiny flakes are mounting up fast, but the blizzard winds aren't supposed to start for real until later this afternoon/evening. And I am so totally tired of winter. It just breaks my heart to look at our Casita sitting in the driveway, ready to roll, but getting buried in snow AGAIN! On top of that, I think my dog has a broken a toe from running on the icy snow in the backward yesterday (who'd a thunk it?), but we can't get her to the vet until tomorrow afternoon. Thankfully she doesn't seem to be in pain. I'm going to try to remember today tho when it's hot enough this summer to fry an egg on a sidewalk! ~~ Glenda ~~

Like I said before y'all come on down it is party time, while your at it bring some diet Coke all you can get here is Pepsi. Bring that poor dog with you we'll soak that toe in the salt water and make it feel better.

Why don't you rub it in...lol  We are freezing out bu**s off in Northern AZ!  It's supposed to be 10 degrees or lower tomorrow night.  We are so ready to sell the house and follow the sun; I hate cold weather.

 

As this storm moves east and north I'm guessing that he won't see anything but snow!

Can I come to Florida too Dan? I am so sick of this snow. The only good thing about it is that groundhog wont see his shadow and this will be done and over with. All those geese I saw heading north at the first of Jan must have just had a bad sense of direction. Vicky

Hey Dan, Paul and I are coming too, just as soon as we dig our way out of the driveway! We got 18 inches overnight, there's 3 to 4 foot drifts everywhere, and it's still blowing like crazy! Ya just gotta love winter in Northern Illinois! We'll bring the diet Coke!

You are the lady. I am about to go into DT's for a diet coke. Looking forward to the party.

Right now I am on line trying to get a flight home, all the planes are coming out of the north esat and can't get out of the airports. I guess I can walk I brought my Backtrack 5 GPs with me and I am only 998.4 miles from my door at home. By the time I get home camping season would be over.
