3rd time trying to post this. At least today it's because of our 1st snow storm. Read the "lost post" post. Don't know why, hit submit and that's the end of it. LOL
Hello All,
We actually remodeled stores in malls for 10 years RVing. Low pay, no insurance, but a great time. Mostly east of the Mississippi. Ended up at Lake Tahoe doing carpentry for about 6 years until my knees gave out. So on to work at a grocery store, with insurance, to get them replaced. Funny thing, our 1 bedroom place was oddly too big and we lived in one room of it and used the bedroom for storage. LOL We really liked our 1975 Travco and wished we kept it. It gave us a fondness for the "oldies" so now we've got a 1971 Cortez "project". Retired and are getting ready for the road again. Really hated that grocery store. Looking forward to being here.
Michael and Carol.

Know what you mean. When you get used to the small space, you don't know how to handle the large ones.
We went on a vacation with my grown kids in a villa they rented and they wanted us to take the master bedroom, and were perplexed when we insisted on sleeping in the smallest of the 4 bedrooms. :)
One of the tihings we worry about is where we will find a house small enough if we have to come off the road and settle down. Can't even imagine living in a 600 square foot house now - and we left a 2500 foot loft condo to come out 5 years ago.
Small is better!

I guess when I get tired of driving it'll be time to build that one room cabin. I've got a hammer around here somewhere.
BTW, nice blog!

We too plan to stay small, either by just parking 5ver when we can't drive anymore or getting a small condo.

From what I've heard, those "lost posts" are somewhere with the socks.
