Well, the latest winter storm(s) have us laying over in Effingham, IL probably until Monday. We arrived at Camp Lakewood yesterday evening. There is one rent-a-Class C here today but otherwise we are it with the exception of the resident owners.
It's great to be cooking dinner in our own home again!
Cheers, Betty

Betty good to hear you and Dave are doing good and are on your way. Please, if you feel so inclined and when you get the time give us a run down on how all of your problems were resolved. If you would just rather not talk about it and forget the whole thing ever happened I think all would understand. WOW you stayed so positive thru this whole thing It is unbelievable. Best of luck to you in Mo.

Well, small world.Linda and I stopped at Camp Lakewood on our way to the 2009 RV-Dreams Rally in Kerrville, TX coming down from Elkhart and our yearly visit to MOR/ryde. We enjoyed meeting the owners and thought it was a very nice place to stop for the night – at least during the first days of October. Not so much in December me thinks. You guys are really getting the “baptism by fire” of winter RV’ing.
BTW, I don’t know for sure if your truck is B-20 ready, but the diesel around that area was all B-20 (not B-5) back when we were there.Just a note.
