Hi Everone.. Stumbled onto your site & loved it..Permit me to introduce myself. Im John O originally from Singapore.. Resided in Dallas for the last30 years with a burning itch to go full time Rving in 3 years.. ..actually Im ready next year, but have to wait for the DLW to reach 65 for her Medicare ... We will be living on SS + megre investments ( you know how that is these days ) Well we say we're going to do full time.. Got a 2003 F250 superduty 7.3 Powerstroke & a Forest River Sierra 355RLt , both paid up.. My question is can one do full time on a limited budget ? We are fairly frugal & easy going by nature.. We're not computer savy
Cheers ....John O

Welcome, John O.
Glad you found this web site as I'm sure it will help you answer the many questions that you'll have.
You can definitely full-time on a limited budget. Many of the folks here are doing it and with a little planning, you can too.

We have a small budget and short of a oil change we are solvent.

Welcome John. Like a lot of people these days we manage to get by on very little money. We workamp to help stretch our meager retirement income. Sometimes we get paid for workamping (or the stint we did at Amazon), but then you gotta pay Uncle Sam. We prefer to trade hours worked for our site.

Welcome, John.
When it comes time to retire, we may very well be in the same boat as you and your DW. Our retirement could be anywhere from 3 to 6 or 7 years though. Depends on when our truck and coach are paid off.
Browse through Howard and Linda's financial pages and you can get a good idea of the costs involved with full timing. Going into Howard's "Site Map" on the home page will get you lots of information.
