This morning I called my present contact at Keystone RV. As he did not answer, I left a voicemail stating we would be happy to take them up on the offer to bring our Montana to the factory to address our issues.
In addition, I sent him an email stating the same with a copy to Mr. Bob Martin. I did ask for acknowledgement in writing that we would be bringing our rig to the factory.
As of now, about half past four in the afternoon, I have received no response.
At this point, I am giving Keystone the benefit of the doubt. If they are making arrangements for our arrival, I understand it may take some time; however, tomorrow is Friday and the end of the business week. If we are to head to Indiana, I would like to get started ASAP to take advantage of decent weather. We will also have rent due here on Monday.
Playing the waiting game, Betty
UPDATE: My Keystone contact just called and apologized for not getting back earlier today. He will contact the factory shop in the morning and call me back with details as to when we can get in, etc.

you will most likely deal with Darryll at the Service Center when you check in. He is a great guy and bent over backwards to help us when we were there. They have 4 full hook up sites behind the center you can use. They pull your rig in first thing in the morning and back out after finishing working on it for the day (if the repairs take multiple days). Hopefully they will get all your issues resolved to your satisfaction.

Hope it all works out OK! :)
We are very happy with our Montana and have no complaints. I repeat, NO complaints. Every "machine" always has a lemon somewhere. That's why the term "lemon" was created. It's just a fact of life or, a REAL example of how "Chaos Theory" works in our universe.
We sympathize with the troubles you are having and hope that everything will get resolved. No-one should have to go through what you seem to be going through.

you have too many problems to let a dealer play around with..go direct to the factory....and demand your travel expenses be reimbursed....this is NOT your fault...its the factory's fault.....good luck!!!
