I use the Flip. It takes up to 2 hours of HD video. Things I like: - Small footprint, makes it easy to grab and take along - I can be shooting video in 3 seconds - Decent software for editing and sharing and creating stills from video - Built-in USB plug for charging the battery and connecting to computer - Easy to use tripod for taking steady video - Price, much cheaper than a normal video cam Things I don't like: - Poor zoom, makes far away things hard to capture - Battery is not replaceable (newer generations now allow this) - Small footprint, makes hand held shot video difficult to keep steady
