After today's installment in our saga of having rig issues addressed, the situation is basically laughable.

ADDENDUM: As of October 4 (I think that's the date) I had written the CEOs of Thor Industries and Keystone both via email and registered/certified type snail mail. No response from that office.
The service manager at Keystone has been in contact, even today, and is being as helpful as she can within her job limitations. Can't wait to talk to her tomorrow to tell her the events that transpired today.

Ah, I see Jo has already responded to the blog.
I've had a frustrating day too but, with sewer hoses. Nothing that can't be fixed but, gets tedious when Camping World is 25 minutes away and you have to exchange add-ons that aren't quite right when you purchase them. Yes, I could wait until I get to a nearer Camping World in our travels but we're here in Denver, CO for at least a week so I have to get the sewer hose problem fixed. It's just a matter of finding the right system to put inside that darn swing-out sewer hose holder that Montanas have and match it with the sewer drain at the State Park campsite we are at. The drain is behind the rig so needed an extension that won't fit into the swing-out thingy.
But ... I persevere and, as Jo says, hang in there ... as she does with me.

Paul,
We also have the sewer boom. We have an extension piece of hose that will not fit into the boom. We simply store it separately when we don't need it.
Right now we're on a macerator at our work site because we do not have an RV park-type sewer ground connection.
