Yay! Great News! We have a great Workamping Job lined up

I had posted for workamping positions at several sites, gotten some positive responses and some had the traditional "we are not interested in your resume at this time. We have hired someone that more closely matches our needs" emails sent our way. I got some great advice from this site and it seemed to pay off.
Two potential positives came our way once I changed our resume a bit.
We had a phone interview with a KOA in Indiana and had been asked to meet with the owner when up in Indiana next week on a short trip. Then we heard from a KOA in California that asked if we'd be available to speak with them. I responded that we were and never heard back. I wrote to them and was told they still planned to call. It's been days now and no phone call. I had been set to call to see what was going on, when we got a call from another park in California.
I had put an ad on the Escapee's Website and it paid off. As requested in the email I got from the SKP board president, I called and spoke with the GM. He asked questions and said it seemed we fit the position offered. He was going into a meeting that afternoon with the park board, and said someone would be in contact for a phone interview with board members.
After the GM's meeting with the board, the President of the board called to set up a phone interview with Rick and myself for today at noon. It went very well and we were offered the job! We committed to at least 6 months, beginning next month, with pay, site and a $150 per month utility expense, plus we only work 24 hours per week each. We are considered assistant managers and work weekends and two other days, plus are oncall for emergency calls, etc. a few nights every other week, with extra pay. So, that is a very good first time Workamper job offer to get.
The park sounds amazing, is in a good part of California with mild weather and access to many areas of natural beauty, plus close to a major city.
We leave for California on November 1st and will train with the current assistant managers before they leave at the end of November. I'm so glad they will be there to train us. It sounds great and we feel very fortunate.
Obviously we are very excited. Keep your fingers crossed for us that this will be a good experience and great fit for us and the camp.
