You need to determine the towing capacity of the truck. Do a Google search "Tow Capacity f150" something like that and you'll get lists of tow capacity. Find your truck and it will tell you how heavy of a trailer and hitch weight your truck is rated for. If your RV is heavier than the rating, you'll need a new truck to be safe and get some life out of your truck. If the RV is within the limits, then make sure you get the correct hitch setup and a good brake controller for the truck/trailer. A good RV dealer or repair shop can help you with that.
