Hello, New here. I use to tent camp, haven't camped in approx 10 years ago. Was getting too old to pack up and unpack, sleep on the ground on an air matteress, etc. I have now purchased a 1995 fleetwood wilderness. Have taken it out one time so far. I am hoping to meet some good Christian people to meet up with and enjoy the camper.

We’ll say hello back from NC Tar Heels from around the Charlotte area – except, we’re not around Charlotte right now. We’re in Alberta on our way to Dawson Creek, BC and then up the Alcan to Alaska.
‘Lots of nice and knowledgeable people on this forum. Please feel free to ask questions if you have any. You’ll get answers and maybe make a few virtual friends.
Hope you can attend the next RV-Dreams rally – whenever “H&L” figure out where and when it is.JYou’ll learn a lot if you’re in the mind to travel and make some face to face friends as well.
ICN as well

Welcome 4wheel1. We are in SW IL, and still weekend campers, hoping to full-time eventually. There are lots of knowledgeable people here that can help you along with your move back to camping.
Depending on where you are, most of our camping right now is with a church group from SW IL, about 30 miles from St. Louis MO.

We head to NC in a little over two weeks. We will be in Hayesville for 3 weeks working a NOMADS project. see: www.nomadsumc.org
After that we head to the other side of the state to Marion. Nomads have their annual meeting there.
If you enjoy camping, meeting great people and volunteering your time - this just might be something that would be of interest.
Regardless, glad to see you here!
