Hi, we're Bill and Nancy from Murrells Inlet, SC. We are lifelong RVers, who plan to become fulltimers in 2011. We will be attending the 2010 Rally and can't wait to learn all we can from all of you!! Over the last 30 years, we have owned a travel trailer, motorhome, 5th wheel and currently travel in a Class B Pleasureway Van. We are new to forums, this is our first ever post to any forum. This one seems so friendly that we feel it is a good place to learn. Look forward to seeing all the rally goers in April.

Hi, Bill and Nancy.
Good to have you aboard. As you've probably figured out already, this is a very friendly forum and the folks here will be glad to answer any questions you may have. Also, remember, there are no dumb questions on this forum. We all know what it's like to be starting out.
It sounds like you have quite a bit of RVing experience, so maybe you can help the folks that are new to RVing.
See you in April.

Welcome to the forum. You will find good information from friendly people here. You will really love the rally for the seminars and for friends that you will make. We went to the rally in Branson in 08 and made friends that we keep up with all over the nation through their blogs. Are you planing on fulltiming in your class B? Wishing y'all the best with your future plans

No, we are not planning on fulltiming in our Class B. We believe we will get a Class A Diesel. But right now, we are working full-time (ugh) and use the class B for short vacations and weekend trips. We have traveled for 3 months at a time in the Pleasureway, but that was traveling......not living. It also serves as my everyday vehicle!! Thanks for the welcome,
Nancy

Nice place, Murrells Inlet. We spent some time there in October while camped in Myrtle Beach.
We won't be at the rally since we will be across the country at that time, but welcome.
There should be lots of choices for diesel pushers out there, especially if you don't mind used. The neighbor of a friend is having a tough time selling a well maintained Newmar Ventana for $100K (or less), probably because it is only 34 feet. Another friend is having trouble finding a buyer for a 1999 40' Foretravel with no slides. There are deals out there if you look.

Hi Nancy and Bill -- We're staying at Huntington Beach SP, right next door. We're here for another four weeks, so if you want to stop by and see our 5th wheel setup or ask any questions let me know. I'll send you a private email with our contact info. We've been on the road for over 2 years now. As you already know, you'll certainly enjoy it once you hit the road full time. We sure do.

Hey Nancy & Bill nice to see some more folks from SC on here. We lived in Chapin, SC for 42 years but have migrated to the awesome Southwest. Welcome to RV Dreams! My favorite RV site and I am sure it will be your favorite too. Happy RVing & Y'all take care.

Welcome to the RV Dreams family! You will find some of the nicest folks hanging around this forum. We won't be at the rally but hope to meet you somewhere on the road. We began full-timing in August. This is an awesome lifestyle!! Let us know if we can be of any help in any way.
