In becoming a fulltimer one of the questions I have is dealing with "fulltimer insurance", does anyone have it and if so what does it cover and who carries this type of insurance?
Howard and Linda like Miller Insurance, which has a good reputation. We have insurance through Farm and City, http://www.fcisinsurance.com/rv-advantage.asp, which also has a good reputation. I know they moved us from National Interstate to Allied a few years back and considering what I am hearing about National Interstate lately, I am glad they did.
Edit: Many RV insurance companies, including Progressive, require you to have full-timers insurance if you are on the road more than 5 months a year. At least that was true when we started full-timing in 2003. We have full-timers insurance with a rider for our storage unit.

We use Farm and City as well. Great company with great employees. They answer all of your questions and claims with effeciency. We have full-timers insurance and carry an umbrella policy as well. We had friends that didn't have full time coverage and had an at fault accident. It wasn't good, and they are still trying to get back on their feet. To us it is worth the piece of mind to know that we are fully covered. All we own is in our rig. We have nothing in storage.....with us it was full time......all the way
