i just wanted to send a big "Thank You" to this wonderful rv family and to let you know you do not have to be an rv'er to enjoy this site and get a different (and refreshing) perspective on life. like i have mentioned in past posts, i have rented rv's in the past and found them truly enjoyable and would eventually want to try this FT thing but it is still many many years off. in the meantime, while i work for a fortune top 10 company in the middle of the rat race, i can't tell you how therepeautic your posts are. it teaches me that there are so many things in life that are so much more important than material wealth. you can not place a value on family, friends, nature and freedom which is what you all have. i take a train to commute to work and i pass an rv park every day. i can tell you that by knowing you through your posts, that is the favorite part of my day, looking at the rv park and wondering who is there, who is a FT, maybe one of you have stayed there, etc. so as you post questions and answers to help each other, i just wanted all of you to know that you are also mentally helping those that do not even own an rv but someday dream to do so... I really get what you are saying! Before we were able to go fulltime I always loved reading and traveling along with others as they journeyed around our great country. Many days it was my only ray of sunshine. Now that we are fulltiming, we thank God each day for this wonderful opportunity.
You can also attend the RV Dreams' rallies even though you are not a rver. I don't know if you can make this year but you might try and catch one later on. This will be our first rally and we are excited to be able to attend.
