Well, the inspection went well and we have corrected everything that was agreed upon in the contract.  The termite inspection went fine and the appraisal came back today.  The appraisal was great.  Our house was appraised for more than the selling price. The buyers have been approved and the underwriter just has to prepare the papers for the closing on August 14th.  Is it possible that this could actually be happening for us after all this time????   We are so excited that we just wanted to share our news.  We've got to float back down to earth cause we have a lot of work left to do.
