Sadly, we lost a member of the RV-Dreams Family this morning. Robyn of Tim & Robyn whom I wrote about in the Journal a few days ago, passed away this morning from respiratory failure.
Tim, our hearts are with you.

Little can be said to lessen the loss of a loved one, but the messages you receive here on the RV Dreams forum will let you know that even strangers care for you.
My God grant you strength, Tim.
Our thoughts and prayers are with you and the rest of your extended family.

I am deeply touched by all your expressions of caring. As I told Howard, by the example that he and Linda have set, the RV-Dreams family really is a special group of people.... because Howard and Linda are special people.
I'm sure you all feel as I do... that we really know Howard and Linda through their journal. And yet, they really don't know any of us whom they've never met. Even so, Howard reached out to me and called me. I am very grateful for that.
Robyn grew up in, and loved, Florida. We never had many serious conversations about what we wanted when things like this happened, but she did tell me that she wanted to be buried in Florida.
That's a promise I made to her that I am going to keep. The arrangements are not complete, but her funeral is going to be in Jacksonville some time next week.
May God bless and keep you all,
Tim Fansler

Tim, my love and prayers are there with you during this difficult time. Robyn had fought so hard and I'm sure that you being there by her side is what gave her the strength to keep going. She was a blessed woman to have such a loving partner and I pray that you'll have the strength and support that you will need as you face the coming days. God bless you and your family. Kay Davis

Tim, I am so sorry to hear that God wanted Robyn now. When things have settled down a tad, perhaps you will think about what you and Robyn wanted to do together. Maybe you can go traveling for her, she will still be with you in spirit. You will have lots of friends on the road, a lot of them right here in the RV-Dreams Family. Don't you think that this is what she would want you to do? Follow your dream. Happy Trails, Penny, TX

Tim,
I had not read about your wife's accident until just recently. I am so sorry to hear about your loss and hope you will eventually start following your dreams again.
As a side note, I was visiting my sister in April. I got up in the middle of the night and she was sitting at the computer playing a game. She made a couple of comments, I responded, and then I went back to bed. The next morning I asked her when she went to bed. We didn't remember being up or being on the computer. I went over to the computer and brought up the game she had been playing. She's never played it before and has absolutely no memory of talking to me. She did remember looking at a large ceramic dog in her living room and it looked alive to her so she went over and petted it just to make sure it wasn't.
She lives alone and had just started re-taking Ambien as well.
Looking back over some other strange happenings......missing jewelry etc......we now think she was sleepwalking and threw some things out. She's very lucky that nothing happened to her.
All the best to you.

I'm back in Georgia now from Robyn's funeral in Jacksonville, FL last Thursday. She is where she wanted to be - I kept my promise.
Charles (ROZ) Henry was there, and a finer gentleman you could not hope to meet. He gave me a card with a beautiful expression of condolences on behalf of the entire RV-Dreams family.
I want to thank all of you as well for your kind expressions of sympathy. I will always remember that, along with treasuring Robyn's memory in my heart. I miss her greatly.
Throughout it all Robyn's faith in God never wavered. It came to me early one morning last week that perhaps part of the reason why He waited 13 months to call her Home was to teach me a lesson in what true faith really is. I hope I can measure up to that.
May God bless and keep you all,
Tim Fansler
