DW and I are set to retire in Sept. 09. I've been an active lurker for several years on this site. We sold our house in Feb. Our DD just graduated from UF in May and is set to get married in June.
We just picked up our new 2010 Carriage 35SB3 that within a few months we will call "home". We ordered it with two A/Cs, dual pane windows, Astro-foil, raised for 4wd, no oven, micro-convection oven, larger fridge, gen prep, w/d prep etc. We will be towing with a 2009 Dodge 3500 drw 4x4 auto with a 4.10 diff.
We hope to see you all on the road at some point! Till then we will continue to follow the forum!!

Congratulations! Sounds like a perfect rig for full timing. We've been very happy with our Cameo after 3 years out.

Hi Pinellas -- I too have been a lurker for a long time and this website has been a ray of sunshine and hope in our pursuit of fulltiming. We hopefully will be retiring in early 2010. We had a 5th wheel 'til my DH fell while washing it last Sept, breaking his heel bone. After a metal plate and 9 screws and still limping, we decided to purchase a MH. In Dec, we bought a new '07 Winnebago Voyage and are loving it. We are preparing our home for sale, but are considering auctioning it. We do not owe much and would like to get it sold quickly, so we can move into the MH and save some $$$. Congrats on your purchase and your fulltime adventure. Hopefully, we won't be too far behind you.

Thanks for the warm welcome. I forgot to thank Howard and Linda for the excellent work they have done with their website, blog and this forum. I can't imagine the amount of time it must take to keep these sites active and interesting. So again, thank you Howard and Linda! I know I've learned a lot following their blog and the blogs of others connected to this forum. Hopefully, I 'll have my own experiences and/or opinions to share in the future. Heck, I may even try blogging myself in the near future!
