Our home went on the market May 7. We have our first scheduled showing on May 12.
We have been on this journey for 34 months. All good things come to pass.

Conger Rats, Fox & CQ!
When it sells, and when you depart, make sure you wear the Fox Hat! After all, you are the Fox!

Good luck with the sale, we are hoping the real estate market continues to get stronger and our home will sell so we can live the dream too!

Great news...hope the house sells quickly so you can get going :) Some positive signs in the real estate market lately...could be a good time to be selling.

I sure would not want to endure another Illinois winter. We have had two really bad ones back to back.
Hope you have a fast sale.

I have been lurking around on this site for a few months now and finally decided to make my first post. The wife and I will be listing our house this week, hope to be retired from the FD and on the road by Sept 1, headed for our Winter reservations at WDW FW. We have been RVing for about 25 years, and love every minute of it. Can't wait to abandon the snow blower and lawn mower. Hope to see all on the road.

Hope for a quick sale for you Greg. As much as I love SLT I can understand wanting to get away from the white stuff. We were flatlanders when we lived in CA but did enjoy skiing the slopes around the lake.

Yep, tired of the white stuff for sure. I want to see how the folks in the southern states tackle the Winters!

Hey Gummy,
Cookie Queen has no doubts about being an RVer. She came up with the idea first. Took me about 5 minutes to jump on board.
We hope to see you guys out there.

Fox & Cookie Queen,
Congrats on having a showing scheduled so quickly! Our house went on the market on April 30th, but no showings yet. We're also ready for some warmer winters - we're currently in Michigan!
Good Luck to you!

Camper Boy,
Perhaps your snow has not yet all melted (grin).
We had a bear of a winter here in the mid west and I know you guys got socked.

We had a ton of the white stuff and COLD, and a late April snowfall to keep everybody on their toes , but hopefully done with that now . . . although we did have a frost warning last night - had to bring my hanging baskets back into the garage!
We're ready for summer!
