Just had to take time to share my sorrow in the passing of a family friend and entertainer, Danny Gans.
My wife grew up with Danny and has stayed in touch over the years, I worked for many years with his sister. Danny was one of the nicest guys I ever met. He was always down to earth and even with a busy schedule, he took time to be with friends and family.
The world has lost a great entertainer and family man.
If you ever had the chance to catch his show in Las Vegas, he was one of the few entertainers that made you feel like you were spending time with someone who truly cared about his audience. His shows were not routine, each one had a personal feel to it. He was great at engaging the audience.
A loss that is tough to understand, I'm hoping the best for his family as they deal with the loss.
Danny, thanks for all the smiles.

I did not know of Danny but it is so sad to see someone so young die like that. My heart goes out to his family and friends.
