New Fulltimers as of 9-17-2008. 2004 Beaver Santiam being pushed by a 2003 Jeep (Renegade) Liberty. Loving life. Our words to live by
“Life is not a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in a pretty & well preserved body, BUT rather to SKID in BROADSIDE, completely used up, totally worn out, and SCREAMING" WOW----WHAT A RIDE !!!!”
Thanks to all who contribute to this forum. We have been following the postings and the RV Dreams Journal for about a year. We are proud to now become a member of this group. Can’t wait to make new friends and meet other members on the road.

Welcome to the Full-timing lifestyle and to the forum,
Always glad to have new folks aboard. As you already know, this is a very friendly place, so be sure to jump right in with comments, questions or answers.
That Jeep shouldn't have to push too hard on that Beaver.

Thanks for the welcome e-mail.
We have waited 44 years to attain our dream of Full-timing. It took 2 years to sell our house in Sanford, FL. But all worked out well. We are in Houston right now visiting family. We are chomping at the bait to start visiting new places. We did spend 10 months on the road from 2/2007 to 12/2007 and that was just an appetizer. Bring it on… I just need to get a blog started now. Need to practice what I learned from Jim & Chris Guld (Geeks on Tour).
Actually we decided to let the Jeep push the Beaver as gas was cheaper than diesel.

Hello and welcome to the full-timing lifestyle. We have been full-timing for 1 yr and are loving it. We have made a lot of learning mistakes and hope to make more. The best advice I can give is "talk to everybody", people love to help. Have fun!

Just wanted to thank everyone for their warm welcomes. Wish we could make the trip to Kerrville. But we have to head back east to Orlando to do the yearly Dr thing. (Hate the age thing) Have a good time at the gathering. Hope we meet up with all of you along life’s roadway.
