Along with Yellowstone any one had an RV Park experience in Cody?

Two years ago we stayed at the Ponderosa Campground in Cody...quite nice. It took us two days just to tour the Buffalo Bill Museums. We also stayed a couple nights at a campground about half-way from Cody to Yellowstone - Yellowstone Valley Inn - that was out in the middle of nowhere but very peacefull. They had a lodge, restaurant and horse corrals for people with horses and trailers who rode up into the mountains during the day...also a decent place. At Yellowstone we stayed at the Fishing Bridge Campground - pretty tight for a 40' rig, but we enjoyed it. Be sure to stop at the Buffalo Bill Dam outside of Cody, on the road to Yellowstone (Rt. 14)...very interesting. ( www.geocities.com/maryw_43537/september2006.html )

We stayed at the Cody, WY KOA last June. Very nice, great pool, hot tub and giant jumping trampoline for the kids. We will visit there again in the future.
Best Regards!
