After reading the posts regarding Doug's surgery & Jerry & Kit's family loss, I want to tell all of you about a website I have been using for the past 3 months.  After learning about my diagnosis of breast cancer, a friend told me about this website, www.caringbridge.org.  I was able to set up my own personal website, keep a journal of my surgeries & progress, and receive messages from friends and family.  I was able to send an email to everyone giving them the link to my personal site.  This saved my husband from having to make hundreds of individual phone calls or emails to keep all our friends up-to-date.  I hope none of you ever need this information, but if you do CaringBridge is a tremendous help. 

Thanks Caseydee...this kind of information is good to have on our forum. I am so glad that we have folks that share all kinds of good information. This keeps us all informed and when we have a question this will be the place to find the answer. I hope everyone contribute to this forum like this so that folks like myself can learn helpful tidbits as we travel this road.
