Hi Everyone. Well, after 15 years the RV-Dreams Community Forum is coming to an end. Since it began in August 2005, we've had 58 Million page views, 124,000 posts, and we've spent about $15,000 to keep this valuable resource for RVers free and open. But since we are now off the road and have settled down for the next chapter of our lives, we are taking the Forum down effective June 30, 2021. It has been a tough decision, but it is now time.

We want to thank all of our members for their participation and input over the years, and we want to especially thank those that have acted as Moderators for us during our amazing journey living and traveling in our RV and growing the RV-Dreams Family. We will be forever proud to have been founders of this Forum and to have been supported by such a wonderful community. Thank you all!!

Geography Lessons

Over the years, the " DW " spent a lot time  doing cross word puzzles and in last couple of years got me involved and interested.   A subscription to a weekly magazine provided several puzzles as well as a lot of gossip items.

Any way since I am now left with the task, I sometimes question the answer/entries the builder of the cross word puzzle uses to fill in the blanks.   The latest clue question "Seattle's state" is what ==== of course the answer has 6 spaces starting with "O" and ending with "N".

All the letters in the horizontal answer match with the vertical entries.

Just thought some of you people who may live in or around Seattle might be interested to know, according to the puzzle, you live in Oregon.  Just shows that if you been out of school for 65 years, things may not be as you remember them.

When you've got more time on your hands than you know what to do with and you do get tired of playing various forms of solitare on the computer, how else to pass the time.  Thought I would see if I could do some volunteer work.  But found out the organization that arranges the volunteer programs for this area requires a $ 50. fee to instruct you on the "how to".            For some reason this seems like another try to get some of that $$ form seniors

Remember do it now, life moves very fast and things change
