Hi Everyone. Well, after 15 years the RV-Dreams Community Forum is coming to an end. Since it began in August 2005, we've had 58 Million page views, 124,000 posts, and we've spent about $15,000 to keep this valuable resource for RVers free and open. But since we are now off the road and have settled down for the next chapter of our lives, we are taking the Forum down effective June 30, 2021. It has been a tough decision, but it is now time.

We want to thank all of our members for their participation and input over the years, and we want to especially thank those that have acted as Moderators for us during our amazing journey living and traveling in our RV and growing the RV-Dreams Family. We will be forever proud to have been founders of this Forum and to have been supported by such a wonderful community. Thank you all!!

B&W Hitch

We found our tow vehicle now....we bought a 2015 Ford F350 DRW 6.7l diesel.  Our fifth wheel is weight rated at 16,000 pounds and we have decided on the B&W Companion RVK3300 (20k hitch that fits the factory puck system in the F350).  I see them out there now for $997 pretty much everywhere I look.  We don't pick up the fifth wheel until later in March so I am in no real hurry to purchase the hitch.  I guess my question is, has anyone ever seen this hitch go on sale?  Is it worth waiting or should we just go for it now?  The dealers all seem to mark it up more but online it is pretty much set at the same price.

They are all priced the same. Free shipping is about all you will get. I have purchased 3 B&W's from Tweetys.com with very fast shipping.

Good call on the B&W there is not a better standard hitch on the market.

I got a good deal on the turnover ball gooseneck system by B&W from SD Truck Springs on the internet. Do a "live chat" with a salesperson and explain you are on the fence about where to buy. When I did that, they gave me a discount. The deal was so good, I bought the AirLift bag system from them as well. Very good to deal and free shipping like most.

Try to contact 4wheelonline. Most of the time, they will try to beat competitors' price.
