Hi Everyone. Well, after 15 years the RV-Dreams Community Forum is coming to an end. Since it began in August 2005, we've had 58 Million page views, 124,000 posts, and we've spent about $15,000 to keep this valuable resource for RVers free and open. But since we are now off the road and have settled down for the next chapter of our lives, we are taking the Forum down effective June 30, 2021. It has been a tough decision, but it is now time.

We want to thank all of our members for their participation and input over the years, and we want to especially thank those that have acted as Moderators for us during our amazing journey living and traveling in our RV and growing the RV-Dreams Family. We will be forever proud to have been founders of this Forum and to have been supported by such a wonderful community. Thank you all!!

RentWizard Opportunity

I became aware of RentWizard last week through Workamper News.

I sat in on an online presentation and then followed up with the founder, Ric Jarrett.  After some research, and a long phone conversation with Ric, we took the leap and signed up to become a RentWizard Ambassador.  We see it as having some excellent income potential for us, and many of you may also come to the same conclusion.  I wrote a very detailed Journal entry about it here: RentWizard Opportunity.

Basically, RentWizard is intending to capitalize on the "sharing economy" characterized by "peer-to-peer" (private individual to private individual) transactions.  They hope to be the next Uber or Airbnb of the RV rental business.

Of course Renting your RV isn't very attractive to the full-timing community, but there are some good income opportunities and tax benefits for those that own an RV and only use it a few times a year.  However, the Ambassador opportunity may be a good option for full-timers to bring in some supplemental income.

Check out the Journal post and feel free to ask questions here.  It's all very new and I may not know the answers, but I'll get them.
