Anyone use fan's when parked or even driving down the road?

Just wanted to see if people use fans in the RV's?

Yes

We often will supplement the air conditioner will portable fans to blow air where we need it. For example the corner where our dining table is gets a little warm on hot days so we point a fan towards that area to keep it cool for my wife to do crafting.

We also have Fantastic Fan Vents one in front and one in the rear. On days that are warm but not warm enough to turn on the air conditioning we will use the fantastic fans to move air. Usually we set the front one to exhaust and the rear one to pull in air. This creates an air flow through the RV.

In an older motorhome we had we would use fans while driving to help keep us cooler.

If we were on metered electricity we often used table fans instead of air conditioning when possible.

We use them when boondocking in the bedroom.  Have 12 volt table top unit that works well and isn't too much of a 12 volt amp user.

So other then the bedroom, do you "boon-dock" anywhere else? (sorry couldn't help myself)

No, the bedroom is pretty much it.

We've been in temperatures ranging as high as 115 degrees in Oklahoma.  We purchased two Hunter oscillating fans, one for the bedroom and one for the living area, which are used to supplement the A/C units.  Currently, here in southern Oregon, we've not had to use A/C, but we do have the two fans running this evening.  Ours are like the one in the link below, and we've been using them now for 5 years with no problems.  Every Fall, I take them out and clean them with our air compressor and wiping with a cloth after removing the metal screen/guard.

We have two ceiling fans in the galley and living area and a post menopausal wife. They are on ALL the time. I'm surprised she doesn't ask me to remove the off switch!

We rarely use our air conditioner and don't like using it.  Some think we're crazy because we only have one air conditioner.  So, yes we use our ceiling fan and fantastic fans a lot.  And we use a fan in the bedroom at night whenever Linda thinks it is necessary.  We also carry a high-speed oscillating fan that we sometimes use outside under the awning to keep bugs away while we sit out there.

Ceiling fan only turns off when we're moving. A small fan that plugs into a USB style port has been in continuous use in the bedroom since 2013. It's the style you see powered by computers for "Personal" use. Quiet, and moves enough air without it feeling like a breeze.
We also have 1 small box fan, maybe 12" square that we will put on the floor or sit on a window sill to bring in some fresh air.

In weather where AC is not needed we will have the bedroom Maxx Air vent pulling air out and in living are Maxx Air pulling air in.

We ALWAYS have the fan on when sleeping for white noise. Cold weather lid stays closed but fan is still making noise.
