Anyone know if River Plantation accepts guest mail?

I start Medicare on May 1st and forgot all my associated medical & drug cards at home.

I'd give them a call and see if they'd accept your mail. http://rvcoutdoors.com/river-plantation/  If not, maybe they can give you info on where to send it.

When we were there at the 2011 Rally, they were very helpful and nice.

Tom,

All you had to do was ask the mighty Wizard!  Yes, you can have mail sent to River Plantation.

Can't wait to see everyone!

 HA!!!!

And who was it that answered as "the mighty Wizard."  Wonder where that leaves Howard.

(Sorry, I just couldn't resist myself.)

After a week of travelling down the west coast on 101 we got close enough to L A so I turned left. Now in the Palm Springs area for a couple days.

Finally made it across TX into LA. Good to see trees again. Almost time for another left turn and start heading North (on Wed. after a short visit to N.O.).

We're coming all the way from Marietta, Georgia. Hope we don't wear out the tires on the journey. :>)

I did a total of 14 miles on washboard and that (probably) accelerated the effect of age on my tires. I had to replace those 2007 tires at the next stop due to one with the tread separating.

After 26 days, travelling 4779 miles thru 10 states and staying at 18 different RV parks/campgrounds we made it.

We are here for 9 nights and then the somewhat shorter & faster return trip starts.

Awesome. What site are you in? We're in 226; far left corner of the park.

After 59 days, travelling 8,444 miles thru 19 states and staying at 32 different RV parks/campgrounds in 17 of them we made it back home.

We changed time zones 6 times, had all kinds of spring weather, missing nickle to quarter sized hail by 10-15 minutes and a tornado by 1 day and squeaked between a couple Wyoming snow storms.

We went thru 3+ cylinders of propane and untold gallons of gas. We thought $2.89 was expensive until we got back to Washington and began seeing a 3 at the beginning.

I had to purchase a new battery for the camper since the original one did not survive the winter as well as replaced the original 8 year old tires. The original power converter definitely needs replaced by the one I bought last fall. The frig doesn't seem to work on 120 volts and I really need to get the sink drain leak fixed. I also have a leaking rear end seal on the car, but that can be expected after putting on almost 145,000 miles in 10 years.

We had a great trip, learned a lot at the rally as well as had a bunch of fun. Can't wait to head out again.
