Hi Everyone. Well, after 15 years the RV-Dreams Community Forum is coming to an end. Since it began in August 2005, we've had 58 Million page views, 124,000 posts, and we've spent about $15,000 to keep this valuable resource for RVers free and open. But since we are now off the road and have settled down for the next chapter of our lives, we are taking the Forum down effective June 30, 2021. It has been a tough decision, but it is now time.

We want to thank all of our members for their participation and input over the years, and we want to especially thank those that have acted as Moderators for us during our amazing journey living and traveling in our RV and growing the RV-Dreams Family. We will be forever proud to have been founders of this Forum and to have been supported by such a wonderful community. Thank you all!!

Recipes for the Breville 800XL!

I thought I'd start this to see who has some great recipes to share using the Breville 800XL (or similar). There are some recipes in the user manual. The unit looks capable of performing some neat things.

Please post up some of your good recipes and experiences.

I just purchased my breville 2 weeks ago.  I love it.  I ended up getting the 650 model because I did not care about the convection in the 800 model and the 450 was way too small.  I have cooked cake, muffins, fish, beef and chicken.  I have used it almost every day.  My favorite thing is that it heats up so fast and does not heat my kitchen.  I would love to hear some recipes also.

Well this weekend made use of the Breville and worked awesome. Took the Grandaughter campin' and it was ugly, cold, and windy in the evening so we couldn't even have the "Bomb-Fire" (as she calls it). So we were inside watching Toopy & Binoo and Minion's movies. Decided to try out the cookie making function........................and bam. We had cookies in less than 15 minutes.
