Hi Everyone. Well, after 15 years the RV-Dreams Community Forum is coming to an end. Since it began in August 2005, we've had 58 Million page views, 124,000 posts, and we've spent about $15,000 to keep this valuable resource for RVers free and open. But since we are now off the road and have settled down for the next chapter of our lives, we are taking the Forum down effective June 30, 2021. It has been a tough decision, but it is now time.

We want to thank all of our members for their participation and input over the years, and we want to especially thank those that have acted as Moderators for us during our amazing journey living and traveling in our RV and growing the RV-Dreams Family. We will be forever proud to have been founders of this Forum and to have been supported by such a wonderful community. Thank you all!!

Lazy Boy Dealer

Jan and I made a trip to Wheels Rv in Tontitown, Ark. to look at Mobile Suites, long story short we fell in love with unit ,but weren't impressed with pattern on sofa.

We had noticed a Lazy Boy store down the road, after reveiw of our options, Dustin from Wheel called ahead and told them we were in route and to take care of us.

Well to get a sleeper sofa and matching recliners, we needed to special order. This was quoted at 6 weeks. Today 2 weeks later we got word from DANAY at Lazy Boy, that our sofa would be in by 4/23, 3 weeks early, but recliners would be delayed as much as 2 weeks past the 6 quoted. This was not good, here we have a new unit sitting waiting on furniture.  Denay made a few phone calls and let us know they were tring to improve timing but no promises other than , now get this, They will deliver our recliners to us when they arrive at no cost.  We are 8 hours away currently and Denay, said she would call to see where we were and deliver wherever.  Can't compalin about this service, I would recommend Denay and her store to anyone in area. Its not like she is going to get us as a repeat customer, or we are going to order a house full of furniture, Fulltimers dont usually get a lot of furniture.

I'm presuming that you went with the Mobile Suites, and as such, I commend you on changing the furniture.  While we liked the look of the couch that came with our 38TKSB3, both it and the two recliners were uncomfortable to sit in for very long.

While I can't say anything about the furniture dealer, since we bought our replacement furniture in Oklahoma City, I can say that the Wheels RV folks are good people.  While we didn't end up ordering from them, they were still helpful, even with knowing we would probably order elsewhere.

Check out SOITC's website and watch for a mini-rally that will probably be in either September or October in NE Oklahoma.  We went to the regional in that area at Carthage, MO last October and had a good time.  Roughly 20 DRV units were there.

Good luck with all your travels.

Terry
